Welcome to Harrisburg Pressure Washing. These Terms and Conditions govern your booking, scheduling, and utilization of our professional exterior cleaning services. By confirming a booking online or via telephone, you agree to the terms listed below.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By scheduling or booking a service with Harrisburg Pressure Washing, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not book or authorize services.
2. Services Offered
We provide professional exterior cleaning services, including concrete washing, trash can sanitizing, fence cleaning, and general pressure/soft washing. Services are provided based on the selected catalog and estimate details.
3. Access & Client Responsibilities
The client must ensure a working outdoor water supply (spigot) is unlocked and accessible on the scheduled service day. All pet waste must be cleared from the wash zone. Gates must be unlocked, and vehicles or outdoor furniture should be moved away from the target cleaning surfaces to prevent debris contact.
4. Pricing, Quotes & Payments
All online bookings are drafts. Estimates will be confirmed in writing. Payment is due upon completion of the scheduled wash, unless otherwise arranged. Late payments are subject to a fee of 1.5% per month.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
We offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the service window may be subject to a $50 late cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule in the event of severe weather.
6. Limitation of Liability
Harrisburg Pressure Washing is fully licensed and insured. We use proper pressure and soft-washing techniques. However, we are not responsible for damage due to pre-existing conditions (e.g., loose mortar, rotten wood, degraded vinyl siding, or improperly sealed windows).
